2017-18 ASA1
HKA students have more than 40 ASA programmes to choose from for Semester 1. These programmes will run from 3:05pm - 4:05pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and 12:30pm - 1:30pm on Wednesday. The ASA programme offers students an opportunity to explore their interests beyond the school day. View our Quick View and get ready because enrolment opens on Tuesday, 22nd August at 9am in Veracross and you don't want to miss it!
 
Please note the following important dates regarding 2017-18 Semester 1 After School Activities:
  • 22nd August 2017: Round 1 - ASA Enrolment opens at 9am.
  • 28th August 2017: Round 1 - ASA Enrolment closes at 8am.
  • 28th August 2017: Classes with less than 8 students will be cancelled and students given opportunity to re-enroll in Round 2.
  • 29th August 2017: Round 2 - ASA Re-enrolment opens at 9am.
  • 1st September 2017: Round 2 - ASA Re-enrolment closes at 12pm.
  • 1st September 2017: Any future enrolment changes must be via email.
  • 4th September 2017: First week of ASA 2017-18.
  • 8th September 2017: Any further ASA enrolment changes must be made by 12pm via email.
  • 8th September 2017: Withdrawals after this date will be responsible for invoice payment.
  • 11th September 2017: Invoices sent out for ASA Semester 1.
  • 14th December 2017: Last day of scheduled ASA Semester 1 classes.
  • 8th January 2018: Make up ASA week begins as needed.

ASA Bus Registration
The ASA Bus registration period will be announced once the ASA programme is finalised after course registration. Soon after bus registration, our Operations Co-ordinator, Marshall Jen, will confirm via email that you have successfully booked a spot on the bus and advise on payment.
